Ashlee & Pedro Goite have been practicing and living their yoga for more than twenty years. Their teaching is rooted in the Ashtanga tradition — its philosophy, its continuity, its depth — and grounded in a shared belief: yoga as nourishment, not performance.

Four week Active Series
The Active Series is a simplified, still challenging sequence that requires less time and overall commitment, while preserving the structure of the Ashtanga Yoga method.

Online Classes
Active Series — ongoing, via Zoom
A consistent online practice using the Active Series methodology — bringing the depth of the Ashtanga tradition to wherever you are in the world. Open to all levels.
Private Sessions
One-on-one instruction — in person or via Zoom
Private instruction is perhaps the most direct path into a genuine yoga practice. When a teacher works with you alone, the practice can be shaped entirely around your body, your goals, your season of life — without compromise or generalization.
