Personalized, Private Yoga Instruction
Personalized, private yoga instruction is perhaps the most effective method to discover and practice Yoga, and it will allow you to deepen your practice in amazing ways. Private yoga focuses on you – and allows your teacher to customize your practice, according to your goals, and body … and even your schedule. Working together we will discover what style of yoga is the most fulfilling, safe and fun for you. We will use a wide range of techniques to help you reach your goals, making your yoga practice a natural expression of joy, energy and passion! You will feel your whole being open. Your practice will be your favorite part of the day.
There is no better way to add positive energy to your day than to enjoy a one-on-one yoga practice. It is no wonder that so many yoga instructors themselves (like me!) have taken private instruction themselves…. often for years. In fact, if you study the history of yoga, you will learn that, for centuries, one-on-one was the only form of Yoga instruction — with a focus only on the individual student’s body, mind and spirit.
Zoom Lessons
Online, interactive yoga sessions and you don’t have to leave your own home!
How does it work? First you download and login to the free internet program, Zoom. Then we’ll have a live lesson on a video chat call using our webcams. Your teacher will demonstrate and walk you through poses personalized to your needs. Wherever you find yourself in the great big world, we am available for Zoom Yoga sessions.
The Benefits of Private Zoom Lessons:
- Practice in the comfort and privacy of your own space.
- Save time and money on gas traveling to a studio
- Classes are one-on-one, so everything is on your level.
- It is easy and convenient to learn and practice yoga this way.
- You can be a beginner or practicing for years.
- We also teach couples, families and friends through Zoom yoga as well.
You’ll need:
- A good internet connection
- A computer with speakers and a microphone (usually built in)
- A webcam (a video camera compatible with your computer, often built in at the top of the screen)
- Zoom (Zoom is free and easy to use)
- Enough room to do yoga poses and for me to see you doing them on camera
Prices and other information: • $60 per private session, $150 for 3 sessions, 5 sessions $240 • All fees are payable via Paypal or Venmo and are in USD. • Each class is about 1 hour long but can sometimes last longer. 4 Live Zoom Classes with Ashlee or Pedro are included with purchase (to be used within 1 month of purchase).
• It is essential that you have clear and uninterrupted space for the duration of the class.
• I will email you a waiver, which must be scanned and emailed or faxed before session can commence.
Cancellation Policy Unless notified 24 hrs. in advance there will be a $20 rescheduling fee. If more than 15 min. late for the class, the class will be cancelled and a late fee will be implemented. Once purchased, Zoom classes are valid for up to 6 months.
